• Installation phases (technical update process)
• Integrating SAP Support Packages
• Modification adjustment (SPDD and SPAU)
• Minimizing system downtime caused by the applying of the SAP enhancement package
• Troubleshooting and SAP services and support

• This course focuses on the concept and on the planning and executing the installation of SAP Enhancement Package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP Business Suite 7i2010). This can be transferred to the installation of other SAP enhancement packages. –
